This examination was originally scheduled to be held on November 22, 2025, but now, according to the new BSCB notification, the exam date has been changed to November 17, 2025. Candidates are advised to finalise their preparations according to the new date and check their exam centre information in advance.
Admit Card Download Process
Candidates are advised to download their admit card well in advance of the exam to avoid any technical issues. You can download your admit card using the simple steps given below.
- First, visit the official website, biharscb.co.in.
- Click on the “Admit Card – Mains Examination 2025” link available on the homepage.
- When the new page opens, enter your registration number, password, and captcha code.
- After logging in, your admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.
The admit card will contain all important information, including the candidate’s name, roll number, exam centre, date, and time. Candidates must carry it with them on the exam day.
Exam Pattern and Marking System
The BSCB Main Exam will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions carrying 200 marks. The exam duration is two hours (120 minutes).
The exam subjects will be as follows:
- Reasoning Ability
- Computer Knowledge
- General Awareness
- Hindi and English Language
- Quantitative Aptitude
There will be a negative marking of one-fourth (0.25) mark for each wrong answer. Candidates are therefore advised to answer only those questions they are confident about.
