West Bengal Ration Card: Free Ration List for November

Different types and quantities of ration will be given under different cards this month. Like every month, extra food items will be provided to poor families. There is also an additional ration for hilly and forest areas to meet their needs. During the Puja season, special ration benefits are being provided, along with extra help in flood-affected regions. Below is a simple breakdown of the ration benefits for each card type.

AAY Ration Card: Maximum Food Benefit

Families with Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) cards will get the highest food support. Each family will receive 21 kg of rice free of cost and 13.3 kg of flour or 14 kg of wheat. Soon, ration items will be distributed per card instead of per family, to help larger families get more support. Extra ration has also been arranged for people in hilly and forest areas.

PHH and SPHH Ration Card: Basic Food Security

Holders of Priority Household (PHH) and Special Priority Household (SPHH) cards will get 3 kg of rice and 2 kg of wheat or flour per card in November 2025. Families in hilly and forest regions will get extra items. This support ensures food security and helps people live with dignity.

RKSY-I Ration Card: Benefits for Rural Families

The Government Rashtriya Khadya Suraksha Yojana-I (RKSY-I) card mainly released for rural families. Under this, 5 kg of rice per card will be provided, based on the number of family members. Although it does not include wheat or flour, this ration helps ensure food security in villages. Extra benefits are also being provided to people in remote areas, giving them major relief and supporting the rural economy.
