Railway Update – 24 Trains Cancelled, Check the List Before You Travel

Railway Update – The winter season has begun, bringing dense fog and snowfall to many areas. The dense fog impacts traffic movement. Vehicle speeds on the roads slow down, making driving without indicators difficult. The same applies to trains.

Due to fog, trains slow down on the railway tracks. Indian Railways takes several important decisions during foggy weather, including cancelling trains. Two dozen trains running on East Central Railway have been temporarily cancelled. These trains will remain cancelled from December 1st to February 28th, 2026.

In addition, two trains have been partially cancelled. The frequency of 14 trains has been reduced. The Railways have issued a notification sharing this information. You can check the list of trains cancelled until February.
