Special Discounts for Government Employees

According to DDA officials, employees working or retired from the central government, state governments, municipal bodies, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and autonomous institutions will be eligible to participate in this scheme. All eligible employees will receive a flat 25% discount on the flat price. This discount makes the scheme more attractive than other housing projects.

New Group Housing Sectors in Narela

The DDA stated that a special group housing society has been developed in Narela to meet the housing needs of government employees. A total of 1,167 new flats have been constructed in Sectors A1 to A4 in Pocket 9 of Narela. Three types of units are available in this society: three BHK High-Gift flats, two BHK High-Gift flats, and one-room units. All of these flats are new construction and equipped with modern amenities.

Eligibility Open to All Departments Employees

The scheme is available to government employees working in various states, including the Delhi Police, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, CISF, CRPF, and all departments of the Delhi Government, as well as their retired employees. After online registration, applicants will be able to select a flat according to their eligibility category.

Expected Price of Flats

According to officials, the final price of the flats will be announced at the time of the scheme’s launch. However, it is estimated that two BHK flats could cost around ₹1 crore or more, while three BHK units are expected to cost around ₹2 crore or more.
