PM Kisan Yojana: The Union Budget for the year 2026-27 will be presented by the Finance Minister on February 1st. Along with this, great news is expected for women and farmers. This budget includes the central government’s flagship scheme, the PM Kisan Scheme. Under this scheme, farmers are provided with Rs 6,000 annually, which means Rs 2,000 every four months. This money is transferred to the farmers’ accounts through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).

When will the next installment arrive?
According to reports, the government may give farmers a New Year’s gift around or just before the budget session. Installments under the PM Kisan Yojana are usually released every four months. After receiving the last installment, the next installment may be paid in February 2026. Meanwhile, in several states, the amount under schemes for women, such as Ladli Behna and Vandan Yojana, is deposited into their bank accounts between the 10th and 15th of the month.

Who will benefit?
Only those farmers who have completed their registration and verification on time will receive the benefit of this Rs 2,000 installment. The government has clarified that the money may be withheld without e-KYC and land verification (Land Seeding). Therefore, farmers must complete their registration and all necessary verifications on time.

How to check your name in the list

To check your name in the PM Kisan installment list, visit the official website pmkisan.gov.in.
Then, on the homepage, visit the Farmer’s Corner section on the right side.

After that, click on the ‘Beneficiary List’ option.
Now select your state, district, sub-district, block, and village name.

Now click on the Get Report button, and the complete list of your village will open.
If your name is on this list, then you will definitely receive the money in your account around the budget. If you haven’t completed your e-KYC yet, visit your nearest CSC center and complete it today using the OTP sent to your mobile phone, otherwise, your ₹2,000 installment may be withheld.
