Know which service will be closed

Along with this, services like phone banking, IVR, email and social media support, WhatsApp chat banking, SMS banking, etc., will remain closed. However, if a customer wants to block their account or card, a toll-free number will also be provided for this.

Which services will remain active?

For information, let us tell you that during maintenance, customers will not have any problem in doing transactions. The bank has said that these services will remain active as before. Such as phone banking agent service, net banking, mobile banking app, PayZapp, MyCards app, etc., services will remain active. This means that customers will be able to use services like their regular transactions, payments, or balance checking.

If you use HDFC Bank’s registered net banking, then you can do transactions of more than 200 anytime and from anywhere. There is no need to go to the bank for this. How to register online

To register online, enter your customer ID, confirm your registered mobile number, and then enter the OTP. Fill in debit card details. After this, set a new IPIN. Now log in to Netbanking with the new IPIN.

How to register through the ATM

For this, go to the nearest HDFC ATM. After this, enter your debit card and ATM PIN. After this, choose another option. Click on Netbanking registration. After this, the bank will courier the address and net banking PIN.
