To begin, you must first access the official government website dedicated to the Annapurna Yojana. Next, you must select the “Apply Online” or “New Registration” option provided on the homepage.
Then, enter your mobile number and verify it by entering the OTP received on your phone.
Subsequently, you must accurately fill in your name, address, age, and family details in the application form.
Following this, you will need to carefully enter your bank account number and IFSC code to facilitate the transfer of funds.
Next, you must use your mobile camera to clearly scan and upload your essential documents (such as an ID card, bank passbook, photograph, etc.).
Finally, review the entire form once more; then, press the “Submit” button and ensure you securely save the generated application number.
Age Eligibility for the Scheme
To avail the benefits of the West Bengal Government’s Annapurna Scheme, a woman must be between 25 and 60 years of age. Through this initiative, the government aims to empower needy women by providing them with financial assistance.
Women Who Are Ineligible for Benefits
To avail the benefits of this scheme in West Bengal, one must fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria. If, for any reason, a woman is a government employee, she is ineligible to apply for this scheme.
