Classic Look

Let me tell you that XSR155 is built on Yamaha’s popular platform, which is seen in MT-15 and R15. That is, it has the same reliable performance DNA, but looks are completely different. Its neo-retro design is reminiscent of classic bikes, while the features are completely modern.

Colour Option

Talking about the colour options, the company has launched the new Yamaha XSR155 in four attractive colour options – Metallic Grey, Vivid Red, Greyish Green Metallic, and Metallic Blue.

Metallic Gray variant gives the most classic and elegant look. Its soft finish gives the bike a rotten but premium feel.

Vivid Red Color is perfect for youth who want a sporty and passionate look.

Greyish Green Metallic variant gives the bike a rugged, old but attractive look – as if the soul of a vintage machine has settled into a new body.

Metallic Blue version offers a great combination of modern and retro, which gives a feel of both perfection and elegance.

Engine and performance

Now talk about performance, then Yamaha has not made any compromise in this. The XSR155 gets the same engine used in the R15 and MT-15. This is 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which is given Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) technology.

This engine generates a power of 18.1 bhp and a torque of 14.2 Nm. This is accompanied by six-speed gearbox, including assist and slipper clutch. That is, gear shifting will be very smooth and control in your hands.

Suspension and Braking

Let me tell you that Yamaha has used Deltabox frame in this bike, which increases its stability and balance. It is accompanied by upside-down front forks and behind-the-scenes monoshock suspension, making the Riding Experience even more comfortable.

Disc brakes are given both front and back for the same braking, which comes with dual-channel ABS and traction control. That is, even when applying brakes suddenly, the bike remains completely under control.

Features

Now talk about its features, Yamaha has added both the old-fashioned charm and today’s technology to the XSR155. It has round LED headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and minimalistic bodywork, making it a real neo-retro bike.

Its digital instrument cluster provides all the necessary information, such as gear indicators, fuel gauges, and trip meters. In addition, the comfortable single-piece seat and compact design make the bike great not only in sight but also in running.
