Tata Motors has provided some updates to its popular Curvv and Curvv EV that make them more comfortable and feature-loaded than ever before. The company has claimed that with the help of new “smart engineering innovations”, more space has been given in the rear seats, which will give the passengers extra comfort. Not only this, Tata has also added many great features, keeping in mind the rear-seat luxury this time.

Premium Features
In the new Curvv you now get features like passive ventilated rear seats, rear window blinds, and rear armrest with cupholders. Also on the dashboard is the new white faux carbon-fibre finish and light gray-toned Lalitpur Gray upholstery, which gives the cabin a classy look.
Dual-zone climate control system has been added to the ICE version, allowing passengers sitting in front and back to set the temperature according to their convenience. At the same time, Curvv EV also offers raised footrests and aeroplane-style headrests for extra comfort. These changes are particularly useful for long drives.
Updated Prices
Tata has made a slight change in prices in some variants of Curvv. It has increased to around ₹7,000 but the interesting thing is that there has been no change in Curvv EV prices.
Curvv’s new prices now go from ₹14.55 lakhs to ₹18.73 lakhs (ex-showroom), while Curvv EV prices range from ₹18.49 lakhs to ₹21.99 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Tata Curvv Engine
Curvv has been introduced with three engine options if it talks to the engine. 1.2-litre turbo-petrol (120 PS, 170 Nm), 1.2-litre turbo-petrol GDI (125 PS, 225 Nm) and 1.5-litre diesel engine (118 PS, 260 Nm).
All of these engines offer 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCT) gearbox options. The special thing is that Curvv is one of the most economical diesel SUVs in India.

Tata Curvv EV Range
Let me tell you that Tata Curvv EV is offered in two powertrain options. 45 kWh battery pack – range of 430 km and 150 PS power and 55 kWh battery pack – range of 502 km and 167 PS power. Both versions get 215 Nm torque and Tata has also given lifetime warranty on batteryy to please customers, which will prove to be a big bonus for EV buyers.
