Due to rain, a slight drop in temperature may be recorded. Talking about Bihar, the weather will remain dry. Light rain may be recorded at one or two places in seven cities in the southern parts, namely Bhabhua, Aurangabad, Rohtas, Gaya, Nawada, Jamui, and Banka.
IMD Alert Rainfall
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder, lightning, and strong winds in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Marathwada, and Central Maharashtra during April 10–13, 2024.
According to IMD, there may be thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds in some areas of Chhattisgarh until April 14. Along with this, a warning has also been issued regarding light rain.
IMD has further predicted that there is a possibility of hailstorms at isolated places in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday. IMD has predicted rain, thunder, and lightning over Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Bihar from April 9 to April 13.
IMD has predicted that an alert has been issued regarding light as well as heavy rain and snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir on April 13 and 14, 2024, and Himachal Pradesh on April 14, 2024.
There is a possibility of a light hailstorm in Jammu, Punjab, Haryana, and West Rajasthan on April 13. There is a possibility of a light hailstorm in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on April 13.
Delhi Weather Update
According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in Delhi can reach 40 degrees this week. However, IMD has not issued a heatwave alert. Along with this, rain activities can also be seen in New Delhi on 13 and 14 April. During these two days, New Delhi may witness thunderstorms along with storms.
