Monsoon Forecast: Warning of heavy rain, storms, and snowfall in these states amid intense heat

Weather Update: From North India to South India these days, people’s lives have become miserable due to the extreme heat. Due to the strong sunlight and severe heat wave, people do not feel like coming out of the house.

Many forms of weather are visible in India. At present, there is snowfall in the hilly states of the country.Many states of the country are currently witnessing good rain and snowfall.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of a heat wave in many states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal, Bihar, and Jharkhand, on May 2. On the other hand, an alert has been issued regarding heavy rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, and Manipur.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert today, May 2, in view of the extreme heat in many states. An orange alert has been issued for heavy rain in five northeastern states.

IMD Alert Heatwave

According to the Meteorological Department, severe heat waves may continue in Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Puducherry till May 6. Apart from this, severe heat wave conditions have been predicted in Andhra Pradesh until May 4.

Today, conditions ranging from a heat wave to a severe heat wave will be seen in Jharkhand. Apart from this, there will be heat wave conditions in Kerala today, while similar weather will be seen in Tamil Nadu till May 3.

IMD Alert Rainfall

The weather department has predicted thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds along with rain and snowfall in states like Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura until May 6.

Apart from this, rain may be seen in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura till May 3. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains may be seen in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, and Tripura.

Delhi Weather

According to the Meteorological Department, an alert has been issued regarding strong winds in Delhi until May 3. On May 4 and 7, light rain with thunder may be seen in Delhi.

According to IMD, the maximum temperature in Delhi is likely to remain between 37 and 40 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius this entire week.
