What ingredients are required to make the Sannata Raita recipe?

Fresh yoghurt – 2 cups

Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Water – 1 cup

Red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Black salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Finely chopped coriander – 1 teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Finely chopped green chilli – 1

Curry leaves – 4-5

Oil – 1 teaspoon

Mustard seeds – 1/2 teaspoon

Pale boondi – 1 bowl

Hing – a pinch

What is the method of making Sannata Raita?

Step 1- First of all, beat the curd in a big bowl, then add water to it and make it smooth.

Step 2 – Now add black salt, roasted cumin powder, salt as per taste and red chilli powder and mix well.

Step 3- Now add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Step 4 – Now add curry leaves and asafoetida and fry it a little.
Step 5- Then add the prepared tempering to the raita and mix it well.
Step 6- Let the prepared raita cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
