Why team India can drop Kuldeep Yadav from South Africa series? A letter creating tension

Kuldeep Yadav may be out of the series against South Africa. Currently, Kuldeep Yadav is part of Team India’s squad for the Kolkata Test and bowled effectively in the first innings. However, it’s possible that he may not play in the second Test of the series. The Indian spinner’s exclusion from the second Test could be due to a letter he sent to the BCCI. Kuldeep has requested leave for his wedding. If he is granted leave, which is likely, he could be ruled out of the series. Citing BCCI sources, media reported that Kuldeep Yadav’s wedding is in the last week of November. Therefore, the team management will first assess when they might need Kuldeep. He will be granted leave accordingly.

Kuldeep Yadav to miss the remaining South Africa series?

The second Test between India and South Africa begins in Guwahati on November 22nd. Kuldeep’s wedding is in the last week of the month. It remains to be seen whether he will opt out of the second Test due to his wedding or the ODI series, which begins on November 30th.

Kuldeep Yadav’s performance in the Kolkata Test included 14 overs in the first innings, taking 2 wickets for 36 runs. Kuldeep Yadav has once again performed wonders with his mystery spin bowling. Kuldeep created a remarkable record in the first innings against South Africa. Kuldeep Yadav is the third left-arm bowler in India to take 150+ international wickets for India. Before him, Ravindra Jadeja and Zaheer Khan have achieved this feat for India. Furthermore, Kuldeep is the second left-arm spin bowler in India to take 150 wickets.

The most surprising thing is that Kuldeep has become the fastest left-arm bowler to reach 150 international wickets in India. Kuldeep achieved this feat in just 87 innings. It’s worth noting that Zaheer Khan took 135 innings, and Jadeja took 200 innings to reach 150 international wickets as a left-arm bowler in India.

Bumrah has now taken 150 international wickets for India. Kuldeep achieved this feat before Bumrah, the world’s best fast bowler. Bumrah has a total of 148 wickets in international cricket for India. Anil Kumble has taken the most international wickets for India. While playing in India, Kumble has taken 476 international wickets in 204 innings.
