What ingredients are required to make Rajasthani Green Mirch Garlic Pickle?
Green chillies – 250 grams
Celery – 2 teaspoons
Garlic – 200 grams
Fennel seeds – 2 teaspoons
Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds – 2 teaspoons
Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoons.

Mustard oil – 2 cups
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder

How is Rajasthani Green Mirch Garlic Pickle made?
Step 1 – First, you’ll need to thoroughly wash and clean the green chillies and garlic. Then, remove the stems from the chillies and peel the garlic. If you want to peel the garlic faster, soak the garlic in water for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2 – Now put all the green chillies and garlic in a chopper machine and then chop them finely and keep them in a vessel.
Step 3- Now put mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, yellow mustard seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds and black pepper in a pan and roast them.

Step 4 – Let it cool down, and then put it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
Step 5 – Now, heat oil in a pan, then add the prepared coarsely ground powder to the bowl containing the chillies and garlic. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, nigella seeds, and asafoetida and mix. After mixing all the ingredients, add the hot oil to temper them.
Step 6 – Your instant and delicious Rajasthani green chilli pickle is ready. Store it in an airtight container, and you can enjoy it for 15-20 days.
