Mahindra XEV 9S: Mahindra is now going to further strengthen its hold in Electric Segment. The company is scheduled to introduce its third ‘Born Electric’ SUV Mahindra XEV 9S soon. This new model is considered the company’s most premium and high-tech electric SUV ever. Its World Debut is scheduled to take place on 27 November and it is expected that the SUV will be offered as a Flagship Model above the XEV 9e.

Mahindra XEV 9S interior
Let me tell you that Mahindra has reflected in its teaser videos that the interior of the XEV 9S will be largely like the XEV 9e. It is seen peeping inside three large 12.3-inch Display Screens, which are beautifully integrated into the dashboard.

In addition, a Two-Spoke Steering Wheel is given, with Touch Operated Buttons and Illuminated Mahindra Logo giving it a highly futuristic look.

Exteriors of Mahindra XEV 9S have also been given the Premium and Modern look. It will feature Sequential Turn Indicators, 19-inch Alloy Wheels, and Kick-Activated Power Tailgate. The SUV will also have a large Frunk (Front Trunk), with an additional space of about 150 litres.

Talking about safety, Mahindra has put the XEV 9S one step ahead in terms of safety. This SUV can become a leader in its segment from Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

Power and performance
Mahindra XEV 9S will come in two variants Standard Range and Long Range. Both variants will offer the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) which will power the rear wheels.
Its standard model will get 228 hp Power and 380 Nm Torque, while in the top model it will increase to 282 hp Power. The standard variants will have 59 kWh LFP Battery and the top variants will have 79 kWh LFP Battery.

Talking about range, Standard version will be able to cover a distance of around 500 km and Long Range version up to about 600 km. In addition, it will feature technologies such as the Adjustable Regenerative Braking, One Pedal Driving Mode, and Semi-Active Dampers that will take the driving experience to a new level.
