Platform
Honda has designed a new mid-size platform for its new CR-V, which will be much lighter and stronger than before. According to reports, more than 60% of the new generation CR-V will be sourced from the next generation Honda Civic and Honda Accord. This will not only make production easier but also reduce the weight of the car by about 90 kg, which will provide better performance and fuel efficiency.

Hybrid System
Honda will introduce its new CR-V this time with Hybrid Engine Technology. It will have a 2.0-liter direct-injection petrol engine, which will work with a new rare-earth-free traction motor and generator motor. In addition it will be given a new high-voltage battery pack, which will provide more power and better range.
Interior
Let me tell you, Honda is ready to give its customers a great digital experience. In the new CR-V, the company can offer a 15-inch larger touchscreen infotainment system, which will be much larger than its previous 9-inch system. In addition, a steering-mounted gear shifter will now be provided in the cart, giving more space to the center console and making the interior even more premium.

Design
If you talk about design, the design of the new CR-V will be more aerodynamic and modern. The new platform will provide more space, especially for rear seats. The car’s suspension system and seating comfort will be better than ever, so that long journeys will also be comfortable.

India Launch
Now talk about its launch, the new Honda CR-V can enter the Indian market by 2027. It will have SUVs like Volkswagen Tayron and Skoda Kodiaq in direct combat. However, it is expected that Honda will keep the price balanced this time so that sales are not affected due to expensive prices as last time.
