What is the method for making Palak Kachori?

Step 1- First, you will need to put wheat flour, carom seeds, salt, all-purpose flour, and oil in a large bowl. Then, add the finely chopped spinach and a little water to knead a firm dough. Cover it and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2- Now, you need to heat some oil in a pan. Then add the ginger paste and green chillies and sauté them. Next, add the boiled potatoes, mash them well, and add all the spices. Stir the mixture for a few minutes until it dries out, then turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.

Step 3 – Next, make small balls from the kneaded dough and flatten them slightly. Then place the potato mixture in the centre and shape the edges into a round shape. Now, gently roll it out to give it the shape of a kachori.

Step 4- Then, heat oil in a pan, and once the oil is heated over medium heat, add the kachoris and fry them on low heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Step 5- Your spinach kachoris are now ready. You can serve this dish with yoghurt, chutney, or tamarind chutney.
