The company is preparing to launch its first adventure bike, the TVS Apache RTX 300. This bike will be very special not only for the company but also for Indian bike lovers. It was first briefly showcased at the 2025 Auto Expo and is now expected to launch on October 15, 2025.

Launch and Market Position
TVS has sent “BYD” invites to the media, indicating its launch date. This bike is considered one of the company’s most anticipated motorcycle launches in India. Companies like Hero MotoCorp, Royal Enfield, Yezdi, and Kawasaki already exist in the adventure bike segment. The entry of the Apache RTX 300 will make the competition in this segment even more exciting.
Design
The TVS Apache RTX 300 is designed as a semi-faired adventure tourer motorcycle. This means it won’t be a full-fledged off-roader, but it will offer excellent performance for high-speed trails and touring. The bike’s design was first spotted at the 2025 Auto Expo, and leaked design patents have now confirmed its features.
Expected Price
The company hasn’t officially announced pricing yet, but it’s expected to be between ₹2.99 lakh and ₹3.49 lakh.

Suspension and Braking System
The bike’s components are quite premium. It features a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel shod with dual-sport tires.
USD telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock suspension at the rear provide better balance and comfort. Both wheels will be equipped with a single disc brake setup and a dual-channel ABS system, ensuring safety.
Design and Features
The bike’s design is attractive and adventure-ready. The tall front windscreen, integrated front beak, and knuckle guards give it a rugged look. Features like a bash plate, side guards, and a rear luggage rack make it perfect for long-distance touring. Features include a 10.25-inch digital TFT instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, SmartXonnect app support, turn-by-turn navigation, and a music control system.

Engine and Performance
The new TVS Apache RTX 300 uses the company’s new RT-XD4 engine, which was introduced at the 2024 MotoSoul. This DOHC 4-valve single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine has a capacity of approximately 300cc. This engine produces 35 bhp of power at 9,000 rpm and 28.5 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. It’s paired to a 6-speed gearbox. This engine offers a balance of smooth performance, high torque, and excellent mileage, making it ideal for both city riding and highway touring.
