The 58 kWh battery is likely to be reserved for the entry-level variant, while the 77 kWh battery is expected to be offered in the more premium ‘Pro’ and ‘Dual-Motor Pro 4Motion’ variants.

Official range figures for the ID Tiguan have not yet been revealed. However, based on data from the ID.4, the new SUV is expected to offer a claimed range of up to 364 km. Meanwhile, the variant equipped with the 77 kWh battery is expected to deliver a range of approximately 512 km to 572 km.

The ID Tiguan is also expected to feature varying power outputs depending on the single-motor or dual-motor setup. Notably, the ‘Pro 4Motion’ variant may offer the advantage of all-wheel drive (AWD) through a dual-motor system.
