Tata Tiago: Recently a report came out on the most reliable cars under Rs 10 lakh. Now, one of the most trusted organizations, J.D. Power has released a report on reliable cars in India. In which the most reliable cars of different segments have been selected. Talking about the price segment of Rs 7 lakh, Tata Tiago has scored the highest marks in terms of reliability.

J.D. According to Power’s new car reliability survey, Tata Tiago has secured the title of most reliable car under Rs 7 lakh by scoring 112 points. Users expressed the least concerns about the Tata hatchback in terms of design and defect issues. While the only other car to perform better in the compact segment was Maruti Celerio which scored 124 points compared to the segment average of 126 points. Here, the lower the criteria for having a reliable car, the better.
what is the procedure?
J.D. Power conducts a rigorous survey among car owners before arriving at the final score. The study includes parameters such as exterior, driving experience, features, controls, displays, seats, audio and communications, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, interior and engine and transmission. Apart from this, it also studies about the problems related to the design of the organization and its defects and malfunctions.
This survey has been conducted among 7,198 new vehicle owners in 25 major cities of India. Owners were asked more than 200 questions about their product experience in the first months after purchase. After the survey, responses are sorted for data quality and counting. Additionally, brands are ranked according to problems per 100 vehicles and in the process, the car with the lowest score is considered to be of better quality.
4-star rating with superior build quality
In this way, with the survey, Tata Tiago became the most reliable car priced below Rs 7 lakh. This is a great car from Tata whose design is modern. Although it has been several years since the car was completely updated, it still looks new inside and out. Its build quality works best in its favor. Even though it is an entry-level car, Tiago has achieved a 4-star safety rating in the Global NCAP crash test.
