PM Kisan: Big news for farmers, 17th installment will be released on this day

PM Kisan, 17th Installment 2024: Currently, several schemes are being run by the Central Government for the farmers. To help the farmers financially, many schemes have been started by the Modi government, like the PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana, the Prime Minister’s Agricultural Irrigation Scheme, the Crop Insurance Scheme, etc.

One of these is the PM Kisan Yojana, under which crores of rupees are provided annually. Farmers are given Rs 6 thousand. Crores of farmers in the country have received the benefit of 16 installments so far.

On February 28, the money for the 16th installment was sent to the bank accounts of the farmers. Now farmers are eagerly waiting for the arrival of the 17th installment. The information about when the 17th installment will be released under the PM Kisan Yojana has not been revealed yet.

When will the next installment of PM Kisan release?

Actually, according to media reports, the next installment of PM Kisan can be released by the end of May or the beginning of June. However, no official announcement has been made by the Central Government regarding the next installment of PM Kisan.

Let us tell you that the PM Kisan Yojana has been started by the Central Government for financial help to the farmers of the country. The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was started on February 24, 2019.

At present, crores of farmers are taking advantage of the PM Kisan Yojana. Through the PM Kisan Samman Yojana, the government does not send Rs 6,000 to the farmers at once but Rs 2000–2000 in 3 installments.

e-KYC mandatory to get next installment

If you want to avail yourself of the benefits of the PM Kisan Yojana, then you will have to get e-KYC done first to avail yourself of the next installment. Without e-KYC, you may be deprived of the installment money.
