Monsoon Update: Imd predicts heavy rain and thunder in these states in the next 3 days

Weather Update: The weather seems to be changing very rapidly in many states of the country. Due to this, there is severe heat in some states, and on the other hand, in some states Snowfall was recorded early in the morning.

Except in some parts of North India, severe heat, intense sunlight, and heat waves have created havoc in most parts. People are going out with umbrellas during the day  to avoid the scorching sun. The month of May has started. In such a situation, it seems to be very difficult for people to get out of the house.

However, due to rain in some parts of the country, the temperature is falling. Talking about the capital, Delhi, Sunday was the hottest day in Delhi so far. The maximum temperature was recorded at 41.1 degrees Celsius on May 5.

The people of Delhi are facing extreme heat, due to which everyone is troubled. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain, storms, and snowfall in many states of the country. The ongoing heat wave in eastern and southern peninsular India will continue until May 5–6.

IMD Alert Rain

According to the Meteorological Department, light rain may be seen in Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, and Jharkhand. Apart from this, between May 5 and 9, rain may be seen in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh. Similar weather may prevail in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Karnataka.

Talking about Delhi-NCR, people’s lives have become miserable at present due to the heat. But rain may be seen any day between May 6 and May 9. There will be a drop in temperature due to the rain. There may be heavy rain with thunder in some areas of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Rayalaseema.

There is a possibility of sporadic heavy rain in West Bengal on May 7 and 8. Between May 7 and 10, there will be rain and thunder in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand. Heavy rain has been predicted in some parts of West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, and Jharkhand.
