Northway has created an electric version of the Ignis through retrofit EV conversion kits. The company has also got good results. According to Northway, the electric power of Ignis EV is excellent, as it has shown its tremendous speed during testing.

The electric modified version of Maruti Suzuki Ignis ran at a top speed of 200 kmph. Its top speed has been checked not on the road but on a dynamometer. The model tested is a converted electric version of the top-spec Ignis Alpha.
