Kia is preparing to launch a micro SUV for the Indian market. Testing is currently being done for this and the SUV has also been seen with a cover. Earlier it was expected that Kia would launch this car under the name of Kia Clavis. But recently the company has trademarked the name Kia Syros, which could be the official name of Kia’s new micro SUV.
This micro SUV of Kia can be introduced in India in the last months of the year 2024. Its prices are expected to be announced in early 2025.

It is believed that the length of Kia Sciros will be around 3.8 meters. This will be Kia’s smallest and affordable SUV in India. After launch, it will compete with cars like Tata Punch, Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai Xcent. According to the leaked pictures, this Kia car will come with high ground clearance.
Features of Kia Syros SUV
The new Kia micro SUV can be given vertical LED headlamps and tail lamps, thick body cladding, roof rails and large glass windows. Its interior will have a dual-screen setup, one of which will be the screen for the infotainment system and the other for the instrument cluster. Its top variant can be provided with leather seats, Bose audio system, ventilated front seat, 360 degree camera and panoramic sunroof.
Safety of Kia Syros SUV
According to some reports, Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) can be provided in Kia Syros. Apart from this, for safety, the car can be provided with 6 airbags, ABS (anti-lock braking system), rear disc brake and tire pressure monitoring system.

The Kia Syros will be offered in both petrol and electric powertrain options. First it will come with petrol engine, after some time the electric model will be launched. Front wheel drive (FWD) will be available as standard in this SUV.
