28-year-old Rubin looked to play a pull shot for a boundary, but he made a mistake in attempting it, and Corbin Bosch’s ball took the edge of his bat and traveled through the air, straight to deep man. With no fielder stationed at that position, MI wicketkeeper Ryan Rickelton took the responsibility of taking the catch himself, sprinting with cheetah speed to take a brilliant catch almost near the boundary.
SA20 itself shared a video of the entire incident on its official account, which you can watch below. It’s worth noting that Rubin Harman was dismissed for just 18 runs off 24 balls in this match. Ryan Rickelton also failed to make a significant impact with the bat, managing just 17 runs off 18 balls.
