LSG Wins Toss, Elects to Bowl
The Lucknow Super Giants won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, Sunrisers Hyderabad posted a total of 156 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 10 overs. Hyderabad’s start was quite disappointing; they lost three wickets within the Powerplay itself and managed to score only 35 runs in the first 10 overs.
Subsequently, Nitish Reddy and Heinrich Klaasen forged a partnership of over 100 runs for the 5th wicket, steering the team toward a respectable total. Heinrich Klaasen played an innings of 62 runs, while Nitish Reddy contributed 56 runs.
