How is Suji Mathri made?
Step 1- First, combine the wheat flour, semolina, carom seeds, oil, and salt in a bowl.

Step 3- Now roll out small discs of dough and cut them into pieces.
Step 4- Then, cook it in an air fryer or fry it in a little oil until it turns golden brown.
