What ingredients are required for the Palak Paneer Dosa recipe?

Spinach leaves – 1 cup

Soaked moong dal – 1 cup

Paneer – 100 grams

Ginger – 1 inch piece

Green chillies – 2-3

Garlic – 2-3 cloves

Salt – to taste

Tomato chutney – 1 cup (for stuffing)

Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup

Oil – for cooking

How is Palak Paneer Dosa made?

Step 1 – First, put the soaked lentils, fresh coriander leaves, spinach leaves, garlic, ginger, salt, and green chillies in a mixer jar. Then, add a little water and grind them finely.

Step 2 – Now put the prepared butter in a bowl and mix it well.

Step 3 – Now you have to heat the pan, then add some oil in it and sprinkle some drops of water and also set the temperature of the pan for making dosa.

Step 4 – Now spread the batter in a circular shape on the pan with a ladle, then pour oil on the dosa and spread it.

Step 5- Then add tomato and onion chutney to it and add cheese on top.

Step 6 – When the dosa starts turning light golden in colour, fold it in half, and now your spinach dosa is ready.

Step 7- Now serve this paneer dosa hot with coconut and peanut chutney.
