Step 2- Now, pour oil into a pan and let it heat. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and bay leaves and lightly fry them. Then, add ginger-onion paste and fry well. Then, add tomato paste and fry. Now, add vegetable masala, coriander powder, garam masala, salt to taste, and red chilli powder, and stir. Fry well.

Step 3- After this, add the ground peas and potatoes and stir well. Now, adjust the consistency of the Nimona to your liking, then cover and let it cook. Stir occasionally. Once the potatoes are cooked and the excess water has evaporated, turn off the heat. Garnish with coriander and serve.
