What ingredients are required to make Peanut-Coriander Chutney? 

Peanuts – 1/2 cup

Salt – to taste

Coriander leaves – 1 cup

Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

Garlic – 2-3 cloves

Water – as needed

Ginger – 2 tablespoons (grated)

How is Peanut-Coriander Chutney made?

Step 1- First, heat a pan and roast the peanuts thoroughly. Then, transfer them to a plate. Once they cool, peel them off.

Step 2 – Now take some green coriander and wash it thoroughly, and take garlic cloves and remove their peels.

Step 3- Now put coriander leaves, peanuts and garlic cloves in a mixer jar.

Step 4 – Then add chopped green chillies and grated ginger in it, then add water and grind it finely.

Step 5 – Now take out this chutney in a bowl and mix salt and lemon in it as per taste.
