But today, you’re going to learn a new twist on this momo recipe, called Cheese Corn Kurkure Momos. These momos are soft and creamy with cheese and corn and combine a sweet filling with a crispy outer crust. They are incredibly tasty, so let’s try the recipe!
What ingredients are needed to make Cheese Corn Kurkure Momos, Mom?
Momos seat available
All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
For the filling
Sweetcorn- 1/2 cup
Processed cheese – 2 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup (grated)
Finely chopped onion – 2 tablespoons
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped bell pepper – 2 tablespoons

Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Chilli flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
For coating
All-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
Cornflour – 2 tablespoons
Oil – for frying
Water – as needed
How are Cheese Corn Kurkure Momos made?
Step 1- First, you need to mix the flour, salt, and oil in a bowl. Then, add water as needed and knead into a slightly firm dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2- Next, in a bowl, combine the boiled sweetcorn, bell pepper, onion, cheese, salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes and mix it well until it becomes slightly sticky.

Step 3- Then, make small balls of dough, place a spoonful of filling in the centre, and shape them into momos.
Step 4- Next, place the momos in a steamer, then steam them for 8-10 minutes and let them cool.
Step 5- Now, in a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and cornflour with a little water to make a thin batter. Then, dip the steamed momos in this batter and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Step 6- Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the momos over low heat until they are golden brown and crispy, then remove them onto a tissue paper.
