The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in 22 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Several districts, including Moradabad, Amroha, Sambhal, Bijnor, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bahraich, Shravasti, Rampur, Balrampur, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria, Basti, Ballia, Mau, and Gorakhpur, are likely to receive rain.

The Meteorological Department predicts light rain in eastern Uttar Pradesh on September 24. Furthermore, clear weather is expected in western Uttar Pradesh. On September 25, a system formed in the Bay of Bengal may bring rain to both regions. Thunderstorms are expected at isolated places in western Uttar Pradesh and in some parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh on September 26. Rain and thunderstorms are expected at various locations across Uttar Pradesh on September 27.

Weather Conditions in Bihar
According to the Meteorological Department, rain is expected in most districts of South Bihar today, including the capital Patna. Heavy rainfall is expected in Gaya, Aurangabad, Rohtas, and Kaimur, accompanied by thunder and lightning at many locations.

Moderate to heavy rainfall is also forecast in other districts of South Bihar, including Jehanabad, Nalanda, Patna, Arwal, Bhojpur, Nawada, and Bhagalpur. Thunder and lightning are also likely in many areas of these districts. Rainfall is less likely in most districts of North Bihar today, Wednesday.
