UP Monsoon Alert: The rain in most parts of India has made life difficult for the people. Due to the continuous rain in various places of Uttar Pradesh, the temperature level is falling. The movement of clouds has been continuing across the state since morning. Waterlogging has occurred at many places due to rain, where the passersby are facing difficulties.
Light showers in Bareilly, Pilibhit and Kheri have given relief to the people from the heat. The movement of clouds is also continuing in the areas adjoining Lucknow. Today, August 1, will be a rainy day for UP. The Meteorological Department has expressed hope of rain in many districts of the state. Know the detailed report below.

Rain alert in many districts of UP
The Meteorological Department has expressed hope of rain in many areas of Uttar Pradesh. The IMD has predicted drizzle in Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar and Baghpat. Apart from these, heavy rain is expected in Meerut, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad and Rampur.
Bareilly, Pilibhit, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bahraich, Shravasti and Gonda may witness heavy rains. Balrampur, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Kushinagar and Deoria are likely to witness heavy rains. Heavy rains are expected at many places in Gorakhpur, Basti and Sant Kabir Nagar with thunder and lightning. Thunderstorms with lightning are expected here.

According to the Meteorological Department, it may rain in Mau, Ballia, Ghazipur, Chandauli, Varanasi and Azamgarh. Lightning is also expected here. Heavy rains are expected in Ambedkar Nagar, Ayodhya, Barabanki, Sitapur, Hardo, and Farrukhabad.
Heavy rains can be seen in Kannauj, Shahjahanpur, Badaun, Kasganj, Etah, Mainpuri and Firozabad. The craze of rain can continue in Hathras, Aligarh, Noida, Ghaziabad and Bulandshahr.

According to IMD, light showers can occur in Mathura, Agra, Etawah, Auraiya, Kanpur, Unnao and Lucknow. Apart from these, heavy rains are expected in Fatehpur, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Kaushambi, Pratapgarh and Sultanpur. Light rains can occur in Jaunpur, Mirzapur, Sant Ravidas Nagar and Sonbhadra.
