New Delhi: The US has launched a major airstrike on Venezuela and arrested its President, Nicolás Maduro, creating an atmosphere of panic throughout the country. His arrest has caused turmoil in Latin American countries, with all of them unanimously condemning this audacious act by the US.

Furthermore, US President Donald Trump has openly issued a threatening message to Colombian President Gustavo Petro. According to a report by the Times of Israel, after Maduro seized power, Trump also warned the Colombian president to be careful. Donald Trump even told Colombian President Gustavo Petro to watch out for his life.

Following the arrest of Venezuelan leader Maduro, Trump said that Petro needs to be careful about his life. Trump also claimed that Petro is producing cocaine and sending it to the United States, and therefore,e he needs to be cautious.

These statements were made by US President Donald Trump during a press conference. According to the New York Post, President Trump, while announcing the arrest of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro on Saturday, also indirectly warned the Mexican president.

What Trump said about Petro

US President Donald Trumpsaido that Petro has cocaine production facilities. He further stated that Petro has factories where he manufactures cocaine. “Yes, I think I stand by my earlier statement. He is making cocaine. They are also sending it to the United States. So he will have to be careful.”

Turmoil in Latin American Countries

In a statement issued on Saturday, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo said that Mexico strongly condemns the US military action in Venezuela and does not condone such an audacious act. She appealed to the US to cease all acts of aggression against the Venezuelan government and people.
