Monsoon Alert:- A warning has been issued regarding rain in the national capital, Delhi, and surrounding areas. The IMD has predicted strong winds, thunderstorms, and rain for the next two days. According to the Meteorological Department, apart from Delhi, light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds is likely in some areas of Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh today i.e. on 29 May. The Meteorological Department has also issued an alert regarding the weather forecast for Saturday. The Meteorological Department estimates that there is a possibility of strong winds of 50-60 kmph in Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on May 30

Weather conditions in Rajasthan

The Meteorological Department has said that moderate to heavy rain with thunder is expected in some parts of the Udaipur and Kota divisions in the next 2-3 days. Meanwhile, rain is expected in some parts of Bikaner, Jaipur, and Bharatpur divisions at a speed of 50 to 60 kmph on 29 and 30 May. The Meteorological Department says that the maximum temperature in some areas of Rajasthan is likely to reach 42 to 44 degrees Celsius by May 31.

Weather condition in UP

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in 60 districts of Uttar Pradesh. There is a possibility of rain with thunderstorms in Banda, Fatehpur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Deoria, Gorakhpur and Sant Kabir Nagar. Apart from this, there is a possibility of heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms in Amethi, Sultanpur, Ayodhya, Ambedkar Nagar, Saharanpur, Shamli, and Muzaffarnagar.

There is a possibility of heavy rain in Meerut, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr. Heavy rain is being reported in Kasganj, Etah, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Bijnor, Amroha, and Moradabad. There may be rain in Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal, Badaun and Jalaun. Heavy rains may also occur in Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi and Lalitpur.

Rain warning in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected to occur in the northeastern states and sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim until May 30. Apart from this, heavy rains are expected in Sikkim, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh.

Heavy rains may be recorded in Tripura, Nagaland, Mizoram and Puducherry. With a new western disturbance, a period of rain with thunderstorms and strong winds is expected in northwest India.

According to the IMD, an alert has been issued regarding heavy rains in many areas of interior Karnataka. Heavy rains are expected at many places in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam. A heavy rain alert has been issued in Kerala, Mahe, and South Interior Karnataka. Apart from this, heavy rains are expected to continue for the next 24 hours at many places in Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal. Heavy rains may occur in many areas of South Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
