Monsoon Update – Rain Warning for 2 Days in Rajasthan and These States, Clouds to Thunder

Monsoon Update: With the activation of the Western Disturbance, its effects are now being seen in North and Central India. Rainfall Expected in These States

The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in several states for the next two days. According to the IMD, a warning for thunderstorms and rain has been issued for Delhi, Delhi-NCR, and Haryana. Besides these, heavy rainfall is expected in many parts of Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. Strong winds and thunderstorms are also likely in these areas. Dense fog and cold weather may also lead to a cold wave.

Weather in the Mountains

The capital Delhi l, hi and surrounding areas are expected to experience strong winds and rain within the next 24 hours. The strong winds may improve air quality. Cloudy conditions are expected for the next two days.

Weather in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar

The Meteorological Department has predicted rainfall in several districts of Western and Central Uttar Pradesh. Areas including Saharanpur, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Agra are likely to be affected. Rainfall is also expected in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and the Bundelkhand region.

Weather in Rajasthan

The weather in Rajasthan has completely changed due to the active Western Disturbance. The IMD has predicted rain with strong winds in Bikaner, Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, and Churu in the Bikaner division. Meanwhile, there is also a risk of lightning strikes in Jhunjhunu, Sikar, and Churu districts of the Shekhawati region. Rain is possible in several parts of the Jaipur, Ajmer, and Bharatpur divisions. Thunderstorms and rain are also expected in the Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Barmer, and Nagaur districts of western Rajasthan.
