Several districts in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh will experience heavy rain in the next 48 hours. During this period, there is also an alert for thunderstorms, strong winds of 30-50 kilometres per hour, and dust storms.
The activation of Cyclone Senyar is expected to affect the weather in other parts of the country. Heavy rain is expected in Andaman and Nicobar, Yanam, Rayalaseema, Lakshadweep, and Mahe over the next 48 hours. Thunderstorms and strong winds are also likely during this period.
