The Indian Meteorological Department also issued an alert on Saturday regarding light rain with thunderstorms and strong winds in Delhi, Haryana, and Chandigarh.
The weather in Bihar is expected to remain normal for the next few days. The Meteorological Department estimates that by May 7, the maximum temperature in most parts of Bihar can be recorded at 34 to 36 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature can be recorded at 26 to 28 degrees Celsius.
Rain warning in Bihar
The Meteorological Department issued a yellow alert on Saturday for 23 state districts. Strong winds are expected in these districts. Apart from this, a warning has been issued regarding light to moderate rain in many areas. The Meteorological Department says citizens in these districts have been advised to be alert and take precautions.
The Meteorological Department estimates that light rain may be recorded in Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Nalanda, Begusarai, Bhojpur, Siwan, Saran and other districts. In such a situation, people will get relief from the heat.
Rain warning in these states
According to the latest report of IMD, hailstorm along with rain is likely in some parts of eastern Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Himachal Pradesh today, i.e. on Saturday. An orange alert has been issued for these states. A warning has been issued due to heavy rains in some areas of Odisha and South Interior Karnataka. At the same time, light rain with thunder and lightning may occur in Kolkata and the South Bengal districts.
Weather conditions in Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan
According to the Meteorological Department, strong winds along with light rain have been predicted in Haryana and Punjab on Saturday. Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued for both these states. There is also a possibility of lightning and thunder in some parts of Gujarat and Rajasthan.
