IMD Weather Forecast:- The weather is changing rapidly across the country. Due to rain in many states of the country, the temperature has dropped. In the northeastern states, the temperature also drops due to rain, lightning, and thunder. The Indian Meteorological Department has warned of rain and thunderstorms in many rural areas. According to the Meteorological Department, a warning of thunderstorms and rain has been issued in many regions of Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Odisha today, i.e., May 6.

According to the Meteorological Department, cloudy weather is expected in Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand between May 6 and 7. A warning of lightning and a hailstorm has also been issued at some places.

Rain warning in Bihar
The Meteorological Department has predicted rain for some areas of Bihar. According to the Meteorological Department, in the next two to three days, some Siwan, Aurangabad, Gaya, and Nawada districts will be issued a warning of light rain and thunderstorms. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert.

According to the Meteorological Department, rain with thunderstorms can be recorded in Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh till May 6.

Apart from this,a  hailstorm is also expected at different places in western Madhya Pradesh. There is a possibility of lightning and strong winds in Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh till May 10. There is also a possibility of lightning and strong winds in Northeast India during the next 7 days. Strong winds can blow in Gujarat, Goa, Maharashtra and Marathwada from May 6 to 8.

The Meteorological Department says there is a possibility of a hailstorm in Uttarakhand during the next 24 hours. Heavy rain may occur at different places in western Rajasthan from today to May 8. During the next 7 days, there may be lightning and strong winds in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.
