Heavy rain warning in these states
According to the Meteorological Department, a warning has been issued of heavy rain with thunderstorms in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Bihar. An alert of heavy rain has also been issued in Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal along with bad weather. Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Arunachal Pradesh can also witness rain along with thunderstorms.
It can also rain in Assam, Meghalaya and Manipur. Heavy rain is expected in Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura. A rain warning has also been issued in Sikkim, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. People have been asked to stay indoors given the possibility of lightning here.

According to the Meteorological Department, the heat level is expected to increase significantly in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The temperature level is expected to grow significantly here.
