He stated that this attack aims to cause significant damage to Iran's missile launchers and missile-manufacturing factories. According to him, this action will significantly weaken Iran's missile capability. Late Friday night, Israel launched an airstrike on Tehran's Mehrabad Airport, causing a plume of fire and smoke. Meanwhile, Russia is reportedly providing intelligence support to Iran during the war. Moscow provided Iran with information regarding the locations of US warships and military aircraft in the Middle East. Iranian Warship Stationed in India Iran is also engaging in airstrikes against Israel and the US, both from the sea and on ships. One of its warships, the IRIS Lavan, is currently docked at the Indian port of Kochi. ANI, quoting government sources, reported that Iran had requested India's assistance after experiencing a technical problem on February 28th. India granted permission for the ship to dock in Kochi on March 1st, and it arrived on March 4th. The ship's 183 crew members are currently staying at Indian Navy facilities in Kochi. Meanwhile, IRIS Lavan recently participated in the International Fleet Review (IFR) 2026 and Milan 2026 naval exercises held in India, which were held between February 15 and 25.
