UP Board 12th Exam 2026 New Schedule Released. Important news has arrived for 12th-grade students studying in Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP), Prayagraj, has revised the UP Board 12th Time Table 2026 and released a new datesheet. According to the revised schedule, the UP Board Intermediate (12th) exams will be held from February 18th to March 12th, 2026. You should be aware of this new date sheet to avoid any difficulties in exam preparation.

A total of 2,479,352 students will appear for the board exams this year. Of these, 1,303,012 are boys and 1,176,340 are girls. This UP Board exam will be conducted in two shifts at various centres across the state.

Intermediate exams to be held in two shifts
According to information released by the UPMSP, the 12th-grade exams will be held in two shifts.
- First shift: 8:30 am to 11:45 am
- Second shift: 2 pm to 5:15 pm
Students must prepare for exams according to their subject and shift. All exams will start on time, and it is mandatory to arrive at the examination centre on time.
When will the first and last papers be held?
According to the new datesheet, the first paper of the UP Board Intermediate exam will be “Hindi and General Hindi,” which will be held on February 18, 2026. The final paper will be for Computer Science and Sanskrit on March 12, 2026.
This time, some changes have been made to the exam schedule to allow students adequate preparation time between subjects.

Over 52 lakh students will appear for the UP Board exam.
This year, a total of 5,230,297 students have registered for the UP Board exam, covering both 10th and 12th grades. These include 2,750,945 high school students and 2,479,352 intermediate students. This number is higher than in previous years, making it clear that the UP Board remains the largest exam-conducting body in the country.

Admit Cards Will Be Available at Schools
The Board has clarified that the UP Board Admit Card 2026 will be sent to the respective schools a few days before the start of the exams. All students will need to visit their schools and collect their admit cards from their class teachers or principals.

How to Check the UP Board 12th Time Table 2026
Students can download the new timetable by visiting the UP Board’s official website, upmsp.edu.in. Additionally, the Board has sent information about the new datesheet to all schools through a circular so that students do not face any difficulties in preparing on time.

No student will be allowed to enter the examination centre without an admit card. Therefore, all students should keep their admit cards safe and arrive at the examinatiocentreer well in advance on exam day. The UP Board Intermediate Exam 2026 will now be held from February 18 to March 12.
