CTET Re-exam Date 2026:- The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the re-exam date for those candidates whose exam was cancelled due to certain reasons during the recently held Central Teacher Eligibility Test. The board issued an official notice stating that a re-exam is being organised for the students of those exam centres where the exam was not held.

For candidates whose exams were cancelled at two centres, a new CTET admit card will be released very soon on the official website. Meanwhile, exams were cancelled at two exam centres in Vaishali (Hajipur), Bihar (125016 – St. John’s Academy, Basmati Nagar and 125014 – Lakshya International Academy). The Central Board of Secondary Education will now conduct re-exams at these centres on March 1, 2026.

Candidates are advised
Candidates are advised to visit the official website, ctet.nic.in, for information regarding their admit cards. However, new admit cards will be issued soon to candidates appearing for the exam. The board has advised candidates to visit the official website for the new exam date, reporting time, and other important instructions. The notice also clearly states that only candidates whose names are on the list will be eligible to appear for the re-exam.

The board has clarified that students appearing for the re-exam must have a new admit card. They will not be allowed to take the exam with the old admit card.

You must reach the examination centres at least one hour before the start of the exam. Students are instructed to bring an identity card and a photograph.

• Submit the details
• The admit card will appear on the screen

CTET Answer Key 2026: How to download via online?

First, visit the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in
Click the CTET Answer Key 2026 link on the website’s home page.
A new page will open on your screen where candidates will enter their login details.
Click on submit, and your provisional key will be displayed.
Check the provisional key.
Keep a hard copy for future use.

Processing fee to raise objections
Candidates can raise objections to the answer key by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹1,000 per question.

Objection window details
After the answer key is released, the objection window will also be opened. The answer key and objection window will remain open on the official website for 2-3 days.
