PM Kisan Yojana’s 21st installment released

The Government of India released the 21st installment of the PM Kisan Yojana on November 19, 2025. On this date, approximately 9 crore eligible farmers received a direct benefit transfer (DBT) of ₹2,000 each through direct benefit transfer (DBT). However, there are millions of farmers whose accounts have not yet received this amount, leaving them worried that they might miss out on the benefits this time.

Instalment not received even after four days

There could be several reasons why many farmers haven’t received the amount in their accounts even four days after the installment was released. According to experts associated with the scheme, installments are only received if the beneficiary completes all the necessary procedures and their documents are accurately verified. If any of these procedures are not met, the payment may be delayed.

Why are PM Kisan installments stuck?

Beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana must complete certain mandatory procedures to receive their payment. These include eKYC, Aadhaar linking, bank account verification, land record verification, and revenue record verification. If any of these procedures are found to be incomplete or incorrect, the farmer’s name is withheld by the state government, and their installment cannot be released.

How to Check Installment Status

If the 21st installment hasn’t reached your account, farmers can check their status by visiting the scheme’s official website. Here, they will be able to find out why their installation is stuck. Farmers can also verify whether their eKYC is complete, whether their Aadhaar is linked to their bank account, and whether the land verification is accurate. With this information, farmers can easily determine the reason for the payment delay.

Will they receive their pending installment now?

The most important question is whether farmers who have a stuck 21st installment can still receive it. The government clarifies that if farmers complete their pending work on time and their documents are updated correctly, the state government re-verifies the beneficiary’s record. The state government then sends the farmer’s name to the central government, after which the Government of India releases the installment payment through Direct Benefit Transfer.

Therefore, farmers whose installments are stuck need not panic. They are likely to receive their payments once they complete the necessary documentation and procedures.
