Currently, the country’s top real estate companies have seen strong sales. According to reports, the country’s 28 major listed real estate companies sold properties worth approximately ₹92,500 crore in the first half of the financial year 2025-2026.

How much did each company sell?

In terms of sales bookings this year, Prestige Estates Projects Limited became the largest company in terms of sales bookings in the April-September period of the 2025-2026 financial year. This company’s pre-sales were approximately ₹18,143.7 crore.

DLF Limited maintained its second position, with pre-sales of ₹15,757 crore.

Godrej Properties also recorded sales bookings of approximately ₹15,587 crore for the April-September period of the 2025-2026 financial year.

Lodha Developers, on the other hand, recorded sales of approximately ₹9,020 crore.

Delhi-based Signature Global also recorded sales bookings of approximately ₹4,650 crore for the first half of this financial year.

Company repaid ₹1,250 crore

Real estate developer ATS Homekraft, aided by rising housing demand and strong cash flow, has repaid ₹1,250 crore to HDFC Capital’s property fund. The company announced on Sunday that it has fully repaid HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund-2 (HCARE-2).
