PM Kisan Yojana 22nd Installment: The central government runs various schemes for the country’s farmers. A significant portion of the country’s population still earns their living through farming. Many of these farmers are unable to earn much from farming. Such poor and needy farmers are provided financial assistance by the Government of India.
To this end, the Government of India is running the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, which provides Rs 6,000 annually in three Rs 2,000 installments. So far, 21 installments have been sent under this scheme. Now, farmers are awaiting the 22nd installment. If you are one of these farmers, let us tell you when the 22nd installment will be released.
22nd installment may be released by this date
Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the government sends the next installment every four months. The 21st installment was released on November 19th, benefiting approximately 9 crore farmers. Therefore, the 22nd installment could be released by February.
Although the government hasn’t released an official date for this, this is a likely estimate. To receive the installment, farmers should keep their e-KYC, Aadhaar linking, and bank details updated so that the money is directly credited to their account as soon as the installment is released.
Farmers awaiting the 22nd installment should check whether they will receive it before the installment is released. This installment will only be available to farmers whose status is clearly displayed on the portal. To do this, you need to check your status on the scheme website pmkisan.gov.in or the Kisan app. Select “Know Your Status” on the home page and enter your registration number.
If you don’t remember the number, go to Know Your Registration Number to find it first. Once you have the number, return to the page, enter the code, and click Get Details. Your status will be displayed within a few seconds. If everything looks okay, you’ll receive your installment. Farmers with problems with their records, e-KYC, or bank linking will not receive their installment. Therefore, it’s important to check your status.
