PM Kisan Yojana – Farmers May Get ₹2000 Installment on March 13! Here’s the Update

New Delhi: The 22nd instalment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN) may soon be transferred to farmers’ accounts. The government is expected to distribute the ₹2,000 instalment to farmers in the second week of March. If farmers fail to complete the necessary work, the ininstalmentill be delayed, which will be a major setback for them.

Previously, the 21st insinstalment ₹2,000 was released on November 19, 2025. Approximately 9 crore farmers benefited from this scheme. Now, farmers are eagerly awaiting the next instinstalmentey were expecting to receive the instalment, but that did not happen. No official announcement has been made regarding the release of the 22nd instalment. Media reports are claiming this.

How many years has the scheme been completed?

The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, run by the Modi government, is proving to be a boon for farmers. This scheme was launched on February 24, 2024, making it seven years old. Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive Rs. 2,000 every four months. A total of Rs. 6,000 is deposited into each farmer’s account through three instalments annually.

The next instalment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana may be released on March 13, 2026. PM Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Kokrajhar, Assam, where he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate several projects. Here, Modi may release the Rs. 2,000 instalment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The money will be transferred directly to the account through DBT.
