pm kisan samman nidhi Yojana 23rd Installment release:- Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released the 23rd installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, giving a big gift to about 90 million farmers of the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday (June 20) transferred Rs 18,880 crore to the accounts of 9.44 crore farmers from Tarkeshwar in Hooghly, West Bengal. The central government transfers Rs 6,000 annually to farmers’ accounts across the country.
Every 4 months, Rs 2,000 is transferred to farmers’ accounts. As the 23rd installment of PM Kisan, farmers have been given a gift of Rs 2,000 each. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has attended the state-level ‘PM Kisan Utsav Diwas’ program to release the 23rd installment.

What is PM Kisan Yojana?
Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6,000 per annum. This financial assistance is given to them for seeds, fertilisers, equipment and other farming-related needs. So far, 22 installments of the scheme have been released. The 23rd installment will be released today.
