Subsequently, on May 19, petrol went up by 87 paise and diesel by 91 paise; on May 23, 2026, petrol rose by 87 paise and diesel by 91 paise; and on May 25, 2026, petrol was hiked by ₹2.61 and diesel by ₹2.71.
