How to Get a Learning License Online
First, you need to visit the website called parivahan.gov.in.
After this, click on the online test option.
You will then need to click on Sarathi on the portal.
After this, select your state.
Now, click on the Apply for Learning License option.
Now select the Application with Aadhaar option.
Enter your Aadhaar number, and an OTP will be sent to your mobile.
Now enter your details, such as name and address.
Upload documents such as an identity card, address proof, and an age certificate.
After this, pay the fee and save the application number. After this, take the online test.
Upon passing, you will receive an online learning license. After this, you will be eligible to drive.

How to get a permanent license
After receiving your learning license, you must go to the nearest RTO office within the stipulated time and take the driving test. For this, you will need to bring all the necessary documents and the fee receipt with you. If you pass the test, you will receive your permanent license.
